Since the onset of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (‘IBC‘), our attorneys have been continuously advising, and continue to advise and represent, several clients such as the insolvency professionals, financial and operational creditors, committee of creditors, corporate debtors and investors/resolution applicants in IBC proceedings. IBC being an ever-evolving code, we keep ourselves updated with all amendments and developments on a regular basis, in order to give the best advice to our clients. We also advise and represent our clients in voluntary liquidation and dissolution proceedings. Our attorneys have the experience of representing clients before various forums in India in this regard.
