We regularly advise, on strategies, and represent our clients in ongoing litigation, potential disputes, recovery and enforcement proceedings, arbitration, conciliation & mediation, and other regulatory matters, including (without limitation) diverse contentious matters involving commercial contracts, shareholders’ disputes, enforcement of security, recovery of debts, insolvency and bankruptcy, commercial suits, corporate and securities law, civil disputes, real estate issues and economic offences.

While advising our clients on strategies, our primary goal is to understand their objectives behind initiating or defending themselves in litigation and/or arbitration proceedings as well as their business objectives; we accordingly proceed to analyze the commercial viability and reputational risks associated with the litigation/arbitration proceedings. Our team of experienced attorneys provide commercially viable and practical solutions, which not only focuses on dealing with the existing disputes effectively but also preventing any potential disputes from affecting the business of our clients.

Sirius Legal handles matters before different courts, quasi-judicial authorities, and tribunals including (without limitation) the Supreme Court of India; High Courts of various states; District/Lower courts; tribunals such as NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, MSME Council, CGIT etc. We take pride in successfully advising and representing our clients in challenging litigation and dispute resolution matters involving complex issues of law. We also engage in domestic arbitrations, both ad-hoc and institutional, as well as international commercial arbitration proceedings. Besides appearing before the above forums ourselves, we also instruct reputed counsels for matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts and/or tribunals, as per the instructions of our clients.
