FOUNDER PROFILE
Mayank Samuel
Mayank, the founder of Sirius Legal, has over four years of in-house and litigation experience, providing legal services to companies, financial institutions and individuals in the practice areas pertaining to civil laws and white-collar crimes. Mayank has noteworthy dispute resolution as well as corporate advisory experience, and regularly represents clients before various courts (including the Hon’ble Bombay High Court) and tribunals in Mumbai.
Mayank was earlier associated with AJA Legal and Associates, Mumbai as a practicing advocate, handling variety of matters such as insolvency, company, banking, copyright and securities laws matters as well as corporate and transactional advisory. Mayank had started his career in June 2017 as an in-house counsel at JM Financial ARC (Mumbai), where he worked with the resolution team for over two years, and left as a Senior Analyst (Legal) in August 2019.
